Shipping- We only charge what Australia Post charges us we have NO packaging or handling fees

• Free Express Postage for orders over $200 – up to 3kgs valued to $13.05 - however if your order does not fit in the express satchel it will be sent registered mail.
• Orders valued over $400 are sent registered post not express as we cannot insure them. If you do need the order urgently it can be sent Platinum Express in which case the $13.05 will be deducted from the total cost of the postage.  Please note that these offers are only available to Australian shipping addresses.
• Overseas buyers will have the $13.05 deducted from shipping costs should the order be over $200.00
• The free/discounted shipping is not available to wholesale or discounted orders
• Orders are generally shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receiving payment.
• We offer express postage and registered mail which is calculated in checkout. Overseas buyers are to contact us for shipping charges

Refunds

If you are not happy with the quality of your products , please return the item and contact us within 7 days for a refund.

Overseas buyers can download the order form or please email us your order and we will then send you an invoice.
