How to Order

Shop Online

This is the fastest and easiest way.

Place an Order Online

• Select the tab at the top that says 'Shop Online'.
• Select the product(s) you would like to purchase and click on ‘Add to Cart’ (repeat this for each item you would like to purchase).
• Once you have finished shopping click on ‘Checkout’ to proceed to payment and shipping information.
• You will need to register with us before using the online shop – we do this so that we have all your contact information just in case it is required at any stage of the process. Once you have registered – you will use your chosen login information for any future purchases.
• It is a good idea to log-in or set up your account before shopping - that way if you leave the process at any point the items will be saved in your shopping cart and not be lost.  If you aren't logged in and then leave for longer than 10 minutes the cart will disappear & you will have to start all over again when you return.  If you save the cart then you can always alter it when you next log in.

Please note – you can view the website and the products without registering first – you only need to register if you are making a purchase

Paypal (Visa, Mastercard Bank): Paypal is a safe, reliable & instant system of payment with no additional charges to you.  Paypal offers several methods of payment - from your existing Paypal balance, from a credit card you have registered with them, e-cheque, or direct debit from a bank account. This is available to Australian Customers and also International customers - no currency conversion fees apply as payment is made in Australian dollars.  Please note that Paypal e-checks take approx 5 working days to clear so we cannot ship your order until we are advised that the check has cleared
